We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for canceling your booking with Splash of Color Travel. Cancellation fees vary depending on how far in advance you cancel.

Cancellation Timeline

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance can protect you against unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Medical emergencies
• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Lost or delayed baggage
• Travel delays
• Emergency evacuation

Insurance should be purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit to ensure full coverage benefits.

Changes to Your Booking

If you need to modify your booking (change dates, room type, etc.), we will do our best to accommodate your request. Changes are subject to availability and may incur fees from our suppliers. A $100 per person change fee applies to all modifications made within 60 days of departure.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to find alternative solutions. This may include:

• Rebooking for future dates without penalty
• Transferring your booking to another journey
• Providing a travel credit for future use

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your scheduled departure without prior cancellation notification is considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
